Payment methods

For purchases made on the dosublimacji.pl online store, the customer, after making a selection in the order form, can pay in the following way:

- with credit, payment and debit cards

- with the online internet transfer system

- payment in cash, cash on delivery or at the time of personal collection

- by ordinary transfer to the ADS Polska account

In the title of the transfer, the number should be provided each time. order or order no. invoices for a given order.

The payment for the order must be paid within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, after this date the order may not be processed and the contract will be deemed not concluded. In such a case, it is possible to place the order again and choose another form of payment.

Settlements of transactions with credit and debit cards as well as internet transfers are carried out via the Przelewy24.pl service

If you choose online payment via the Przelewy24.pl service as the payment method, the payment instruction should be carried out immediately after placing the order. If the payment is not received to the indicated account of the transaction intermediary (the website Przelewy24.pl) within 3 business days of placing the order, the order will not be processed and the contract will be deemed not concluded. In such a case, you can place the order again and choose a different payment method.

Order cancellation or change

The customer has the right to cancel or change the order until the ordered goods are shipped.

The customer may exercise the above-mentioned right, informing ADS Polska about it in advance, by sending an e-mail to the address info@adspolska.pl or info@dosublimacji.pl. The title of the message should include the following entry: "Order cancellation", and the message should specify which order the cancellation concerns in a way that will enable ADS Polska to identify the given Customer or order. The cancellation of the order will be effective only if it reaches ADS Polska before the time of dispatch of the order.

In the event of a change of the order by the Customer, the procedure is the same as in the case of resignation, with the difference that the title of the message should include the following: "Order change" and specify in the text of the message what the change of the order should consist of.

ADS Polska normally ships goods on working days from Monday to Friday between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.
