Orders can be placed by the customer 24 hours a day / 365 days a year in the dosublimacji.pl online store or by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The company ADS Polska and the service of the dosublimacji.pl online store work on working days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. During this time, the Customer may also place orders by phone at +48 42 236 83 05.
Time, goods shipment date.
Orders placed and confirmed during our work by 2 p.m. are normally processed and shipped to the customer on the same day.
In exceptional cases, when the customer places an order by 14:00, and yet, e.g. due to a large number of other orders, temporary lack of goods or delivery of goods, the shipment of the order may be postponed to the next business day, about which the customer will be informed each time by e-mail or by phone.
If the Customer chooses, when placing the order, the payment method in the form of a traditional bank transfer, the goods will be shipped on the same day, only if the Customer delivers / sends to the following address: email@example.com confirmation of the transfer by 14.00. Otherwise, the goods will be shipped after the payment is credited to our bank account, usually on the next business day.
We ship goods to the customer only through proven courier companies: Fedex, DHL, InPost. As a standard, the goods ordered by the customer are delivered to the address indicated on the next business day.
At the customer's special request, the goods can be delivered on Saturday or with the option of a specific delivery time. Each additional service of this type is paid and agreed with the client individually.
Fast delivery time applies to 99.9% of transactions. However, please remember that for reasons beyond ADS Polska's control, the courier formally has a maximum of 48 hours to deliver the parcel, which may happen in exceptional cases (courier logistics, holidays, etc.).
After ADS Polska sends the parcel, the Customer each time receives an e-mail to the indicated e-mail address, via a given courier company, a message confirming the dispatch and shipment of the ordered goods. The message contains basic information about the shipment, such as: sending time, the current status of the shipment, the number of the bill of lading or the estimated time of delivery. If you do not receive such an e-mail, please check your Spam folder in your e-mail.
Each shipment sent by our company is insured for the amount of min. PLN 5,000.00.
Typically wholesale orders are shipped on pallets, we usually process and ship the next business day after the order is placed. Goods shipped on a pallet may be shipped on the day of the order, if the customer places the order and confirms the payment by 12:00 on the same business day. Details of orders shipped on pallets are most often agreed with the customer individually.
