Before confirming the receipt of goods / parcels delivered to the customer by a specific courier company, each time you check the condition of each parcel in order to verify that the content of the parcel has not been damaged during transport, in particular, pay attention to the external condition of foil, tapes, cartons or other forms of packaging securing a given shipment.

The dosublimacji.pl shop pays particular attention to the thorough checking by customers of shipments containing goods particularly exposed to damage during transport, such as e.g. sublimation mugs.

ADS Polska makes the best possible efforts to ensure that each parcel reaches the customer safely, inter alia, through the appropriate size and weight standard of parcels in accordance with the guidelines of a given carrier, appropriate external markings specifying the type of a given parcel or additional, oversized protection of parcels, in particular those that are sensitive to breakage. like ceramics.

In the event that the packaging of the parcel or its contents show signs of damage, the Customer may refuse to accept the parcel or collect it - in both cases, a damage report should be drawn up in the presence of the courier in accordance with the facts and contact the store service as soon as possible in to clarify the situation.
The Customers verification of the shipment upon receipt and a possible drawing up of a damage report, if any, is a necessary condition for ADS Polska to consider any Customer claims for damage or theft of the shipment during transport. In such a case, the prepared damage report or its true copy (scan) should be sent immediately to ADS Polska: info@adspolska.pl or info@dosublimacji.pl.

Customer claims for damage to goods arising during transport without a damage report drawn up and delivered to ADS Polska will not be considered.

We make every effort to ensure that each shipment is as well as possible and safe packed so that it reaches the customer in its entirety. Each package containing goods particularly exposed to damage or breakage (such as e.g. sublimation mugs) is additionally secured, which should guarantee its safety.
